Maybe One Day

This is a Poem I collected from a friend - Rosa Midori Mannix many years ago, I am unsure if she wrote it or copied it from somewhere else, it just seems to me, something we all need to be reminded of. I am going by memory so it may be adlibbed but none the less the meaning remains!

Maybe one day you will realize,
That the minutes and hours now going by
will never go by again.
Then perhaps you will realize
that in this precious life of yours
you must say what you feel
and make the most of all great things
for it is a very hard thing to do
around so many people who do not realize
or understand life
It is very hard
I know

Copied from my MSN Blog

Hmmmm, saw this in a book at one of those Job Search places and it got me thinkin (oh no how scarey lol), is it really so hard (this game called life) or by attempting to make it easier do we complicate it. Perhaps getting lost & confused is the only way to get back on track, maybe by losing hope we gain faith, we learn to go within and find our instincts and trust ourselves, or we just go nutsy koo-koo in which case it won't matter anyway. So many souls trying to reach out for help, others don't even bother they lost all their will, then there are the ones who are so "All That" looking down at you, or just walking by without even noticing you exist. I would much prefer to see all, the good, and the bad, then to see nothing at all. An online journal for all to see but these are just words that flow onto the screen, the feelings, the reasons, the me, they don't see, exhibitionism of the strangest kind.

Identyfying your passion is a totally new discovery, sometimes it's like remembering what the world taught you to forget, or taught you that you couldn't have.-Author Unknown (to me)

Here's to remembering all we forget, may it soothe the soul, and bring productive, creativity back to the future, allowing us to have all that "they" said we weren't supposed to.

Gotta Love my Fran

She teaches me so much especially about myself, what would we do without friends?

Just have to share an email I received, I think it suits many, not just women but hey I didn't write it!

Today is . . .
International Very Good Looking, Damn Smart Woman's Day

So please send this message to someone you think fits this description.

Please do not send it back to me, as I have already received it from a
Very Good Looking, Damn Smart Woman!

And remember this motto to live by:

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving
safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in
sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used
up, totally worn out and screaming...

Damn, What a ride!!

Amen, Stay Real!

Another little piece of my world

Testing what does this do, lost in cyberspace, is this the same as a trackback no matter I have yet to figure those out too? Hmmmmm, lost in cyberworld, wondering who will find this, where will it end up.

Poem for Chris Arie/Wheeler (6 yr old step nephew) written when I was 11 (29 yrs ago) the day I heard he died

The leaves were brown & dry
During life you wonder why
The trees don't last forever
And the birds shall one day die
Noone knows the actual reason
Some are sure that life is treason

For death it has no season

RIP
